Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we do, typically 30% down within 24 hours and the remainder is due within 2-3 weeks depends on the value of each item. If you can not complete the layaway the 30% down payment is non-refundable.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, if you purchase multiple items we will refund any shipping overcharge.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, we do not accept cancellation on orders.

What if my package is stolen/lost/damaged?

We do not have control of what happens to the package once its accepted by the post office therefore we are not responsible when those situations happen.

Can I expedite my order?

We do not typically offer expedited shipping, but if you have a special occasion that needs to rush an order please contact us as soon as possible. Note you will be responsible for the added fee for faster delivery.

What about Tax & VAT for my international order?

Dusty Daisy Vintage is not responsible for any incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries. If VAT or Import taxes go unpaid and your order is returned to us, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or treat the situation as a return. Returns are for store credit only.
